Sierra Bancorp Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
January 18, 2019 8:01 AM ESTPORTERVILLE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Sierra Bancorp (Nasdaq: BSRR), parent of Bank of the Sierra, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share, which represents an increase of $0.02 per share, or 12.5%, relative to quarterly dividends paid in 2018. The dividend, which will be paid on February 14, 2019 to shareholders of record as of January 31, 2019, was approved subsequent to the Boards review of the Companys financial performance and capital strength for the quarter ended December 31, 2018.
