BIRMINGHAM, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Regions Financial Corporation (NYSE: RF) today announced earnings for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2018. For the fourth quarter, the company reported net income available to common shareholders from continuing operations of $390 million, a 28 percent increase compared to the fourth quarter of 2017.
