Kinder Morgan (KMI) Misses Q4 EPS by 1c
January 16, 2019 4:06 PM ESTKinder Morgan (NYSE: KMI) reported Q4 EPS of $0.25, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.26. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.78 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.81 billion.
2019 Outlook
For 2019, KMIs budget contemplates declared dividends of $1.00 per common share, DCF of approximately $5.0 billion ($2.20 per common share) and Adjusted EBITDA of approximately $7.8 billion. PG&E prepares bankruptcy filing after California wildfires

(Reuters) - PG&E Corp (NYSE: PCG), owner of the biggest U.S. power utility by customers, said on Monday it is preparing to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection as soon as this month amid pressure from potentially crushing liabilities linked to California's catastrophic wildfires in 2017 and 2018.
PG&E, which provides electricity and natural gas to 16 million customers in northern and central California, faces widespread litigation, government investigations and liabilities that could potentially exceed $30 billion due to the fires, the company said.
