HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Kinder Morgan, Inc. (NYSE: KMI) today announced that its board of directors approved a cash dividend of $0.20 per share for the fourth quarter ($0.80 annualized) payable on February 15, 2019, to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on January 31, 2019.
