The Community Financial Corporation Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend 25%
December 20, 2018 3:50 PM ESTWALDORF, Md., Dec. 20, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Community Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: TCFC) (the Company) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on or about January 21, 2019 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on January 7, 2019. This dividend represents a 25% increase to the $0.10 dividend previously paid by the Company.
