Alamo Group Inc. Increases Regular Quarterly Dividend And Announces Share Repurchase Program
December 19, 2018 4:15 PM ESTSEGUIN, Texas, Dec. 19, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Alamo Group Inc. (NYSE: ALG) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in the Company's quarterly dividend, raising it to $0.12 per share from $0.11 per share. Payment will be made on January 29, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 17, 2019. The Company also announced that its Board has approved a share repurchase program under which the Company is authorized to repurchase in the aggregate up to $30 million of its outstanding common stock.
