Medifast, Inc. Announces 56 Percent Increase in Quarterly Dividend
December 11, 2018 4:30 PM ESTBALTIMORE, Dec. 11, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Medifast, Inc. (NYSE: MED), a leading manufacturer and distributor of clinically proven, healthy living products and programs, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a $0.75 cash dividend to its stockholders. The quarterly cash dividend of $0.75 per share is payable on February 7, 2019 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 21, 2018. The declared dividend represents a 56 percent increase from the last quarterly dividend of $0.48 per share.Â
