Saga Communications, Inc. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.30 per Share and Special Cash Dividend of $0.25 per Share

GROSSE POINTE FARMS, Mich., Nov. 28, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Saga Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: SGA) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share and a special cash dividend of $0.25 per share for its Class A and Class B shares.  The dividends will be paid on January 4, 2019 to shareholders of record as of December 10, 2018.  The aggregate amount of the payment to be made in connection with the quarterly and special dividends will be approximately $3.3 million.  The quarterly and special cash dividends...
