Capital Southwest Announces Dividend of $0.46 per Share for Quarter Ended December 31, 2018

DALLAS, Nov. 27, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Capital Southwest Corporation (Capital Southwest or the Company) (Nasdaq: CSWC), an internally managed business development company focused on providing flexible financing solutions to support the acquisition and growth of middle market businesses, today announced its Board of Directors has declared a total dividend of $0.46 per share for the quarter ended December 31, 2018, comprised of a regular dividend of $0.36 per share and a supplemental dividend of $0.10 per share.
