Fanhua Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend of US$0.25 per ADS for the Third Quarter of 2018

GUANGZHOU, China, Nov. 19, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Fanhua Inc. (Fanhua or the Company) (Nasdaq: FANH), a leading independent financial services provider in China, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.0125 per ordinary share, or US$0.25 per ADS for the third quarter of 2018, amounting to a total of US$16.0 million, on November 17, 2018. The dividend is payable on or around December 20, 2018 to shareholders of record on December 5, 2018.
