Wabash National Corporation Increases Regular Quarterly Dividend by 6.7 Percent
November 14, 2018 4:30 PM ESTLAFAYETTE, Ind., Nov. 14, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Wabash National Corporation (NYSE: WNC) today announced that its Board of Directors approved a 6.7 percent increase in the companys regular quarterly dividend, from $0.075 per share to $0.08 per share of common stock.
The decision by the Board to increase the regular quarterly dividend recognizes our continued strong operating performance in 2018, the overall financial strength of the company and continued confidence in executing our strategic growth plan. Since reinstating our dividend at the beginning of 2017, we have increased our quarterly dividend by more than 33 percent. During...
