3M Board Declares Quarterly Dividend; Authorizes $10 Billion Share Repurchase Program

PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The 3M Board of Directors (NYSE: MMM) today declared a dividend on the companys common stock of $1.36 per share for the fourth quarter of 2018. The dividend is payable Dec. 12, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 23, 2018.
