Investors Title Company Board Declares Special Cash Dividend and Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend
November 13, 2018 1:00 PM ESTCHAPEL HILL, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Investors Title Company (Nasdaq: ITIC) announced today that the Companys Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend of $10.60 per share to shareholders of record on December 3, 2018, payable December 17, 2018. The special dividend will be funded through existing cash balances.
The Board also declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.40 per share to shareholders of record December 3, 2018, payable on December 17, 2018.
