Williams Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend
November 8, 2018 11:30 AM ESTTULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Williams (NYSE: WMB) board of directors has approved a regular dividend of $0.34 per share, or $1.36 annualized, on the companys common stock, payable on Dec. 31, 2018, to holders of record at the close of business on Dec. 14, 2018.
The new amount is a 13.33 percent increase from Williams fourth-quarter 2017 quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, paid in December 2017.
Williams has paid a common stock dividend every quarter since 1974.
