Invitation Homes Reports Third Quarter 2018 Results
November 5, 2018 6:55 AM ESTDALLAS, Nov. 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ --Â Invitation Homes Inc. (NYSE: INVH) ("Invitation Homes" or the "Company"), a leading owner and operator of single-family homes for lease in the United States, today announced its third quarter 2018 financial and operating results.
Third Quarter 2018 Highlights
Year-over-year, total revenues increased 78.3% to $434 million, total property operating and maintenance expenses increased 82.3% to $170 million, and net income attributable to common shareholders increased to $1 million, or $0.00 per share.
