M.D.C. Holdings Announces 2018 Third Quarter Results
November 1, 2018 6:02 AM EDTDENVER, Nov. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ --Â M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: MDC) announced results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2018.
Larry A. Mizel, MDC's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, stated, "MDC turned in another strong performance in the third quarter of 2018, highlighted by a 31% year-over-year increase in home sale revenues, a 210 basis point expansion in home sales gross margins excluding impairments and a 90 basis point improvement in our SG&A rate. We continued to see solid demand for our homes, as evidenced by our order pace of 2.7 homes...
