October 31, 2018 4:09 PM EDTSAN ANTONIO, Oct. 31, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Valero Energy Corporation (NYSE:Â VLO, Valero) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on common stock of $0.80Â per share. The dividend is payable on December 12, 2018, to holders of record at the close of business on November 20, 2018.
