KENILWORTH, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Merck (NYSE: MRK), known as MSD outside the United States and Canada, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a 15 percent increase to the companys quarterly dividend, raising it to $0.55 per share from $0.48 per share of the companys outstanding common stock.
