Equity Residential Reports Third Quarter 2018 Results
October 23, 2018 4:18 PM EDTCHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Equity Residential (NYSE: EQR) today reported results for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2018. All per share results are reported as available to common shares/units on a diluted basis. Earnings per Share (EPS) was $0.58, Funds From Operations (FFO) was $0.79 per share and Normalized FFO was $0.83 per share for the third quarter of 2018, each as described in further detail below.
