October 24, 2018 6:47 AM EDTRBC Capital analyst Deane Dray lowered the price target on 3M (NYSE: MMM) to $223.00 (from $234.00) while maintaining an Outperform rating following another guidance cut.
While disappointing, the stock is sitting at a meaningful relative P/E support level, making risk-reward attractive here, Dray said.
