EnLink Midstream (ENLC) Reports Acquisition of EnLink Midstream Partners LP (ELNK) in Simplification Transaction
October 22, 2018 6:31 AM EDTThe EnLink Midstream companies, EnLink Midstream, LLC (NYSE: ENLC) (the General Partner) and EnLink Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: ENLK) (the Master Limited Partnership), today announced that they entered into a merger agreement whereby ENLC will acquire all outstanding common units of ENLK not already owned by ENLC in a unit-for-unit exchange transaction to simplify its corporate structure.
