October 11, 2018 5:11 PM EDTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- DD3 Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: DDMXU) (the Company) announced today that its Registration Statement on Form S-1 was declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission. The closing of the Companys initial public offering of 5,000,000 units is expected to occur on or about October 16, 2018.
