City Holding Company Increases Quarterly Dividend On Common Shares
September 26, 2018 4:05 PM EDTCHARLESTON, W. Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- City Holding Company, the Company (NASDAQ: CHCO), a $4.4 billion bank holding company headquartered in Charleston, today declared a dividend of 53 cents per common share for shareholders of record as of October 15, 2018. The dividend is payable on October 31, 2018. The dividend represents a 15.2% increase from the 46 cents per share cash dividend paid in the third quarter of 2018.
