Exelon Corp. (EXC) Names Laurie Brlas to Board

Exelon (NYSE: EXC) today announced that its board of directors elected Laurie Brlas as a director. Brlas, 60, most recently served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Newmont Mining Corporation, a leading gold and copper producer with operations in the U.S., Australia, Ghana, Peru and Suriname.

Exelon Corp. (EXC) Declares $0.345 Quarterly Dividend; 3.2% Yield

Exelon Corp. (NYSE: EXC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.345 per share, or $1.38 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on December 10, 2018, to stockholders of record on November 15, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of November 14, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.2 percent.
