McDonald's (MCD) Raises Quarterly Dividend 14.9% to $1.16; 2.9% Yield
September 21, 2018 6:40 AM EDTMcDonald's (NYSE: MCD) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.16 per share, or $4.64 annualized. This is a 14.9% increase from the prior dividend of $1.01.

BRUSSELS (Reuters) - McDonald's (NYSE: MCD) avoided having to repay millions of euros in back taxes after EU antitrust regulators said that its tax deal with Luxembourg was not illegal, citing quirks in the Grand Duchy's bilateral tax treaty with the United States.
