September 20, 2018 8:25 PM EDTNEW YORK, Sept. 20, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Y-mAbs Therapeutics, Inc. (the Company or Y-mAbs) (Nasdaq: YMAB) a late-stage clinical biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of novel, antibody-based therapeutic products for the treatment of cancer, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,000,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $16.00 per share, for gross proceeds of $96 million, before underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by the Company.
