Shiloh Industries Reports Third-Quarter Fiscal 2018 Results
September 7, 2018 7:00 AM EDTVALLEY CITY, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Shiloh Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: SHLO), a leading global supplier of lightweighting, noise, and vibration solutions to the automotive, commercial vehicle and other industrial markets, today reported financial results for its fiscal 2018 third-quarter and nine months ended July31, 2018.
Third-Quarter 2018 Highlights (compared to Third Quarter 2017):
Revenues increased 14.8% to $294.9 million. Gross profit increased 12.7% to $32.9 million. Net income increased $13.0 million to $11.1 million or 47 cents per diluted share. Adjusted EBITDA increased 20.6% to $22.2 million, for a margin of 7.5%.First... More
