Shoe Carnival (SCVL) Tops Q2 EPS by 21c, Beats on Revenues; Raises FY18 EPS Outlook
August 28, 2018 4:07 PM EDTShoe Carnival (NASDAQ: SCVL) reported Q2 EPS of $0.76, $0.21 better than the analyst estimate of $0.55. Revenue for the quarter came in at $268.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $265.16 million.
Net sales increased 14.2 percent to $268.4 million compared to the second quarter last year, with approximately $19.7 million of this increase attributable to the one-week shift in the calendar due to fiscal 2017 being a 53-week... More
