Nordstrom Board of Directors Authorizes $1.5 Billion Share Repurchase Program and Approves Quarterly Dividend
August 22, 2018 4:30 PM EDTSEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Nordstrom, Inc. (NYSE: JWN) announced today that its board of directors has authorized a repurchase program of up to $1.5 billion of the Companys outstanding common stock, with no expiration date.
