LSI Industries (LYTS) Announces Wilfred (Bill) T. O’Gara as Board Chairman
August 16, 2018 6:59 AM EDTLSI Industries Inc. (NASDAQ: LYTS) today announced that Wilfred (Bill) T. OGara has been appointed Chairman of the Board by the Board of Directors, succeeding Gary P. Kreider, who has served as Chairman of the Board since November, 2014. LSI Industries (LYTS) Misses Q4 EPS by 1c, Revenues Miss
August 16, 2018 6:52 AM EDTLSI Industries (NASDAQ: LYTS) reported Q4 EPS of $0.02, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $83.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $85.23 million.
