Perrigo sees FY2018 EPS of $4.75-$4.95, versus the consensus of $5.20.

Perrigo plans to separate prescription pharma business

(Reuters) - Perrigo Co Plc (NYSE: PRGO) said on Thursday it would separate its generics prescription business, which has been a drag on results, to focus on consumer healthcare following a strategic review, sending the drugmaker's shares down about 8 percent.
