August 9, 2018 6:45 AM EDTHOUSTON, Aug. 9, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- American Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: AMID) ("American Midstream" or the "Partnership") today reported financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2018.

Net loss attributable to the Partnership was $17.3 million for the three months ended June 30, 2018 as compared to net loss attributable to the Partnership of $29.2 million for the same period in 2017.
