Chesapeake Utilities Corporation Reports Second Quarter 2018 Results
August 9, 2018 6:30 AM EDTDOVER, Del., Aug. 9, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Chesapeake Utilities Corporation (NYSE: CPK) ("Chesapeake Utilities" or the "Company") today announced second quarter financial results. The Company's net income for the quarter ended June 30, 2018 was $6.4 million, compared to $6.0 million for the same quarter of 2017. Earnings per share ("EPS") for the quarter ended June 30, 2018 were $0.39, compared to $0.37 per share for the same quarter of 2017. For the six months ended June 30, 2018, the Company reported net income of $33.2 million, or $2.03 per share.
