Global Brass and Copper Holdings, Inc. Reports Second Quarter 2018 Financial Results, Increases Its Dividend, and Announces Share Repurchase Program

Volume of 147.5 million pounds, an increase of 16.9% year-over-year; Net income and diluted earnings per common share increased $5.3 million to $21.0 million and $0.23 per share to $0.94 per share, respectively; Second quarter 2018 earnings include Alumet, while 2017 earnings include $4.4 million related to recovery of insurance proceeds; Adjusted EBITDA increased $2.8 million to $39.6 million year-over-year; Adjusted diluted earnings per common share increased to $0.97 from $0.80 in the prior year period; The Company declares a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share, a 50% increase from its previous $0.06 per share...
