CatchMark Reports Strong Second Quarter Results, Increases Guidance After Triple T Closing, Declares Dividend
August 2, 2018 4:10 PM EDTATLANTA, Aug. 2, 2018 /PRNewswire/ --Â Following last month's closing of the $1.39 billion Triple T Timberlands joint venture tripling the number of acres under its management, CatchMark Timber Trust, Inc. (NYSE: CTT) reported strong second quarter performance from its operations, including its investment in the Dawsonville Bluffs joint venture. As a result of the Triple T transaction, the company also announced a 10% to 12% increase in its forecast for full-year 2018 Adjusted EBITDA into a range of between $47 million and $53 million.
