CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Procter & Gamble Company (NYSE: PG) reported fourth quarter fiscal year 2018 net sales of $16.5 billion, an increase of three percent versus the prior year period. Organic sales increased one percent for the quarter driven by a three percent increase in organic shipment volume.
