Care.com (CRCM) Reports Acquisition of Three Companies, Town + Country, Galore and Trusted
July 30, 2018 12:02 PM EDTCare.com (NYSE: CRCM) announced today that it has acquired three Bay Area-based companies to enhance its suite of product offerings: Town + Country, the premier household staffing agency in the market; Galore, a leading marketplace to book classes and after-school kids activities; and Trusted, an innovative on-demand caregiving app.
