Cadence Bancorporation Reports Record Second Quarter 2018 Results and Increase in Quarterly Dividend
July 23, 2018 8:05 AM EDTHOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cadence Bancorporation (NYSE: CADE) (Cadence) today announced net income for the quarter ended June 30, 2018 of $48.0 million, or $0.57 per diluted common share (per share), compared to $38.8 million, or $0.46 per share, in the first quarter of 2018, and $29.0 million, or $0.35 per share, in the second quarter of 2017. Tangible book value per share(1) increased $0.53, or 4.3%, to $12.85 per share for the second quarter of 2018, compared to $12.32 per share as of March 31, 2018.
