HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Kinder Morgan, Inc. (NYSE: KMI) today announced that its board of directors approved a cash dividend of $0.20 per share for the second quarter ($0.80 annualized) payable on August 15, 2018, to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 31, 2018.
