Cowen raised its price target on Abbott Labs (NYSE: ABT) to $72.00 (from $68.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating following solid Q2 results.
Analyst Joshua Jennings notes organic growth was 8%, versus 6%-7% guidance range and also north of the 7% organic rate shown in 1Q. Also, guidance was raised despite a strong dollar.
