Entera Bio Ltd. (NASDAQ: ENTX), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of orally delivered large molecule therapeutics, announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 1,400,000 units, with each unit consisting of one ordinary share and one warrant to purchase 0.5 of an ordinary share, at a combined price of $8.00 per unit.
