BrightView Holdings (BV) IPO Opens Modestly Lower
June 28, 2018 10:15 AM EDTToday's IPO for BrightView Holdings (NYSE: BV) opened for trading at $21.25 after pricing 21,300,000 shares of its common stock at $22.00 per share.
BrightView has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,195,000 shares of its common stock.
