Ennis, Inc. Increases Quarterly Dividend
June 15, 2018 6:00 AM EDTMIDLOTHIAN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Keith S. Walters, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ennis, Inc. (NYSE: EBF), a manufacturer of business forms and other business products headquartered in Midlothian, Texas, announced today that the Board of Directors has increased the quarterly dividend to twenty-two and one half cents ($0.225) per share from twenty cents ($0.20) per share on its common stock, or an increase of 12.5%.
