Avalara Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
June 14, 2018 8:44 PM EDTSEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Avalara, Inc. (NYSE: AVLR) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 7,500,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $24.00 per share.
