Ingersoll Rand Increases Dividend by 18 Percent
June 11, 2018 6:30 AM EDTSWORDS, Ireland--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors for Ingersoll-Rand plc (NYSE: IR), a world leader in creating comfortable, sustainable and efficient environments, declared a quarterly dividend of $0.53 cents per ordinary share, reflecting an 18 percent increase and an annual dividend rate of $2.12 per share, up from $1.80 per share.
