CNBC Confirms Earlier Reports Dialog is in Talks for Synaptics (SYNA)

CNBC confirmed that Dialog Semi is in talks to acquire Synaptics (Nasdaq: SYNA), following up on earlier reports from Bloomberg. The CNBC report said Dialog's initial offer of $59 per share for Synaptics was rejected.
