(NASDAQ: QCRH) today announced the election of four Class I directors on May 23, 2018 at the Companys annual meeting of its stockholders. Three of the directors, John-Paul E. Besong, Todd A. Gipple and Donna J. Sorensen, were re-elected to three-year terms. Mary Kay Bates, President of Bank Midwest based in Spirit Lake, IA, is a new independent director to the Company, effective immediately. Â
