Brown-Forman Declares Cash Dividend
May 24, 2018 3:37 PM EDTLOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Brown-Formans Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 15 4/5 cents per share on its Class A and Class B Common Stock. Stockholders of record on June 6, 2018 will receive the cash dividend on July 3, 2018.
Brown-Forman has paid regular quarterly cash dividends for 72 consecutive years and has increased the dividend for 34 consecutive years. Brown-Forman is a member of the prestigious Standard & Poors 500 Dividend Aristocrats Index which is comprised of an elite list of companies selected by Standard & Poors that have consistently increased their cash dividend every year for over 25 years.
