Lam Research Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend
May 17, 2018 4:05 PM EDTFREMONT, Calif., May 17, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lam Research Corporation (Nasdaq: LRCX) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend of $1.10 per share of common stock. Â On an annualized basis, this will return approximately $722 million to stockholders based on shares outstanding as of March 25, 2018. The dividend payment will be made June 27, 2018 to holders of record on June 6, 2018. Â Future dividend payments are subject to review and approval by the Board of Directors.
