American Software’s Board Approves the Quarterly Cash Dividend
May 16, 2018 4:08 PM EDTATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMSWA) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $.11 per share, The dividend is payable to the Class A and Class B Common Shareholders of record at the close of business on August 17, 2018. The dividend will be paid on or about August 31, 2018.
